Every Tuesday and Wednesday the fabulous Alley Piano Bar on Grand Avenue in Oakland, CA becomes The Guitar Bar, with Paul at the guitar. Lyrics books containing around 215 songs. Different styles, heavy on the classic songs of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's, with a touch of the 'new' millennia, and some older 'standards' too. 

Start Times (Note Tuesday late start): 

Tues. Approx. 9:45-10pm  After Trivia (Trivia starts at 7 pm) 

Wed. 8pm   note: i go no longer than midnight

Fri.-Sat. 'dinner' sets, 6:30-8:15 (piano at 9)

NOTE: In March 2020, The Alley was closed. During the 'lockdown' I put up some 'videos-minus-vocals' on my YouTube channel (in place of my 'Guitar Bar' nights). The channel is still there. See instructions and links below. Good for out-of-towners who have get-togethers. So, have fun, and sing along with your family or friends. Also, with a speaker and a few tweaks, you can do a 2-device 'Zoom Sesh' of yourself with others, singing with my guitar coming into your mic from a nearby speaker. It's kinda like I'm next to you playing. Zoom settings need to be changed to 'original sound.' A bit tricky.
